  15. I got this as part of a Micron system. It's brand 
  16. spankin' new. Now I use a LAN and the net at work, so 
  17. I'm a bit out of touch on the modem front, so here are 
  18. my questions. . .

  20. 1. Is Prometheus a piece of ka ka??
  21.      The reason I ask is that I can't find a phone 
  22. number in ANY manuals for support. And, THEY DON'T HAVE 
  23. A WEB SITE!! Stange for a communications company, huh.

  25. 2. I can't seem to connect at 28.8, but I can at 14.4 
  26. with the same settings.
  27.     I tried with AOL with a bunch of 28.8 phone numbers 
  28. and the response I get is "No carrier detected" Now 
  29. when I call the nuber with my phone, I definitly here 
  30. the modem on the other end.

  32. 3. Does someone out there HAVE a Prometheus phone 
  33. number

  35. 4. Has anyone used this brand in general, your thoughts
